Tired of meat, cheese and eggs? 8 keto dinners that aren't

Somewhere around week three, keto turns into the same three foods. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, a burger patty and cheese for lunch, steak for dinner, and string cheese in between. It works, until you're so bored that a sandwich starts to sound like a reasonable trade for a week of progress.

Boredom is one of the quietest reasons people quit keto. It doesn't feel like a craving. It feels like I just can't look at another egg, and then you're ordering takeout.

The fix: put fish and vegetables in the rotation

You don't need a new diet, just a few dinners that don't taste like the last twenty. A simple rule that works: two fish nights and one vegetable night a week. Here's one to start with. It tastes like takeout and it's on the table in about half an hour, marinade included.
